We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy where you will be charged the full price of your appointment if you cancel within this window.

Want to avoid the charge? Re-book within the same week and you will not be charged.

Our front entrance has a short series of steps. If you require step free access, there is an entrance at the rear of the building. Please email hello@homosapienphysio.co.uk prior to your appointment so we can be ready to assist you.

There is a disabled parking space available at the front of the building.

We are a 2-minute walk from Bethnal Green underground station and a 12-minute walk from Bethnal Green overground station.

We are a 7-minute journey from Liverpool Street station.
